1. Who is responsible
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is GoMambo OÜ, Juhkentali tn 8, 10132 Tallinn, Estonia, represented by Boris Peter Decker. Email: team@gomambobrothers.com. For full details, see the legal notice. We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer and have not done so. For all privacy questions, simply write to the email address above.
2. Visiting this website
When you open this website, your browser automatically sends technical information to our hosting provider's server: your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider stores this data in server log files for a limited period and deletes it automatically. We do not combine it with other data.
3. Joining the first circle
If you join the first circle, we process the details you enter: your name, email address, preferred language and, if you share it, what you would love to learn. We use them only to contact you personally about Love for Inspiration, for example to invite you to the community. Your entries are sent to us by email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by writing to us; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. We keep your details until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them, and delete them at the latest when the project ends.
4. Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address, the content of your message and any other details you share, to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if your request concerns a possible collaboration, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete your message once your request has been fully handled, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
5. Your language setting
To remember the language you chose, we store a short setting in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, contains no personal data and is not a cookie. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Storing it is strictly necessary to provide the language function you asked for.
6. Fonts
The fonts on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.
7. Service providers
We work with carefully selected service providers who process data only on our behalf and according to our instructions, under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). These are our website host, IONOS, and our email provider. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, this happens only on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), deleted (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20) and to withdraw any consent you have given (Art. 7(3)).
Right to object: Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then stop processing it unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

9. Right to lodge a complaint
You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement took place. The authority responsible for us is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia. In Spain, you can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), and in Germany the data protection authority of your federal state.
10. No automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Alle weiteren Angaben findest du im Impressum. Wir sind gesetzlich nicht verpflichtet, einen Datenschutzbeauftragten zu benennen, und haben dies nicht getan. Bei allen Fragen zum Datenschutz schreib uns einfach an die oben genannte Adresse.
2. Besuch dieser Website
Beim Aufruf dieser Website übermittelt dein Browser automatisch technische Informationen an den Server unseres Hosting-Anbieters: deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, die aufgerufene Seite, die zuvor besuchte Seite sowie Browser und Betriebssystem. Das ist technisch notwendig, um die Website sicher auszuliefern und Missbrauch zu erkennen. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren und funktionierenden Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Der Hosting-Anbieter speichert diese Daten für begrenzte Zeit in Server-Logfiles und löscht sie automatisch. Eine Zusammenführung mit anderen Daten findet nicht statt.
3. Eintragung in den ersten Kreis
Wenn du dich in den ersten Kreis einträgst, verarbeiten wir deine Angaben: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, bevorzugte Sprache und, falls du es angibst, was du gerne lernen würdest. Wir nutzen sie ausschließlich, um dich persönlich zu Love for Inspiration zu kontaktieren, zum Beispiel um dich in die Community einzuladen. Deine Angaben werden uns per E-Mail übermittelt. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du mit dem Häkchen im Formular erteilst. Du kannst sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, zum Beispiel per E-Mail; die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung bleibt davon unberührt. Wir speichern deine Angaben, bis du deine Einwilligung widerrufst oder die Löschung verlangst, spätestens bis zum Ende des Projekts.
4. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn du uns schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, den Inhalt deiner Nachricht und weitere Angaben, die du uns mitteilst, um dein Anliegen zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) oder, wenn es um eine mögliche Zusammenarbeit geht, die Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Wir löschen deine Nachricht, sobald dein Anliegen vollständig erledigt ist, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
5. Deine Spracheinstellung
Damit wir uns die gewählte Sprache merken, speichern wir eine kurze Einstellung im lokalen Speicher deines Browsers. Sie verlässt dein Gerät nie, enthält keine personenbezogenen Daten und ist kein Cookie. Du kannst sie jederzeit in deinen Browser-Einstellungen löschen. Die Speicherung ist unbedingt erforderlich, um die von dir gewünschte Sprachfunktion bereitzustellen.
6. Schriftarten
Die Schriftarten dieser Website werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen. Es wird keine Verbindung zu Google oder anderen Schriftanbietern hergestellt.
7. Dienstleister
Wir arbeiten mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Dienstleistern, die Daten nur in unserem Auftrag und nach unseren Weisungen verarbeiten, auf Grundlage von Verträgen zur Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO). Das sind unser Website-Hoster IONOS und unser E-Mail-Anbieter. Verarbeitet ein Dienstleister Daten außerhalb der Europäischen Union oder des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums, geschieht dies nur auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission, etwa des EU-US Data Privacy Framework, oder von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Wir verkaufen deine Daten niemals.
8. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) sowie auf Widerruf erteilter Einwilligungen (Art. 7 Abs. 3).
Widerspruchsrecht: Soweit wir deine Daten auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen verarbeiten, kannst du jederzeit aus Gründen, die sich aus deiner besonderen Situation ergeben, widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Wir verarbeiten die Daten dann nicht mehr, es sei denn, wir können zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe nachweisen.

Für uns zuständig ist die estnische Datenschutzbehörde (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estland. In Deutschland kannst du dich an die Datenschutzbehörde deines Bundeslandes wenden, in Spanien an die Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
10. Keine automatisierten Entscheidungen
Wir setzen keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung und kein Profiling ein.

2. Visita a esta web
Al abrir esta web, tu navegador envía automáticamente información técnica al servidor de nuestro proveedor de alojamiento: tu dirección IP, la fecha y hora del acceso, la página solicitada, la página de procedencia y tu navegador y sistema operativo. Es técnicamente necesario para ofrecer la web de forma segura y detectar usos indebidos. La base legal es nuestro interés legítimo en una web segura y operativa (art. 6.1.f RGPD). El proveedor conserva estos datos durante un tiempo limitado en los registros del servidor y los elimina automáticamente. No los combinamos con otros datos.
3. Inscripción en el primer círculo
Si te unes al primer círculo, tratamos los datos que introduces: tu nombre, tu email, tu idioma preferido y, si lo indicas, lo que te encantaría aprender. Los utilizamos únicamente para contactarte personalmente sobre Love for Inspiration, por ejemplo para invitarte a la comunidad. Tus datos nos llegan por email. La base legal es tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que das al marcar la casilla del formulario. Puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento con efectos de futuro, por ejemplo escribiéndonos, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento anterior. Conservamos tus datos hasta que retires tu consentimiento o pidas su supresión y, como máximo, hasta el final del proyecto.
4. Contacto por email
Si nos escribes, tratamos tu email, el contenido de tu mensaje y cualquier otro dato que nos facilites para responder a tu consulta. La base legal es nuestro interés legítimo en responderte (art. 6.1.f RGPD) o, si tu consulta trata sobre una posible colaboración, la aplicación de medidas precontractuales (art. 6.1.b RGPD). Eliminamos tu mensaje una vez resuelta tu consulta, salvo que existan obligaciones legales de conservación.
5. Tu configuración de idioma
Para recordar el idioma que has elegido, guardamos un pequeño ajuste en el almacenamiento local de tu navegador. Nunca sale de tu dispositivo, no contiene datos personales y no es una cookie. Puedes borrarlo en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de tu navegador. Su almacenamiento es estrictamente necesario para ofrecerte la función de idioma que has solicitado.
6. Fuentes tipográficas
Las fuentes de esta web se cargan desde nuestro propio servidor. No se establece ninguna conexión con Google ni con otros proveedores de fuentes.
7. Proveedores de servicios
Trabajamos con proveedores cuidadosamente seleccionados que tratan los datos solo por cuenta nuestra y siguiendo nuestras instrucciones, en virtud de contratos de encargo del tratamiento (art. 28 RGPD). Son nuestro proveedor de alojamiento web, IONOS, y nuestro proveedor de correo electrónico. Si un proveedor trata datos fuera de la Unión Europea o del Espacio Económico Europeo, lo hace únicamente sobre la base de una decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea, como el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU., o de cláusulas contractuales tipo de la UE. Nunca vendemos tus datos.
8. Tus derechos
Tienes derecho de acceso (art. 15 RGPD), rectificación (art. 16), supresión (art. 17), limitación del tratamiento (art. 18), portabilidad (art. 20) y a retirar en cualquier momento el consentimiento prestado (art. 7.3).
Derecho de oposición: cuando tratemos tus datos sobre la base de un interés legítimo, puedes oponerte en cualquier momento por motivos relacionados con tu situación particular (art. 21 RGPD). Dejaremos de tratarlos salvo que acreditemos motivos legítimos imperiosos.
